You must provide accurate contact and vehicle information when booking. We may request photos to confirm the condition of the vehicle.

2. Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices. Extra charges may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty, contains pet hair, stains, or requires additional work.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee.

4. Access & Working Conditions

We require safe working space around the vehicle, access to the vehicle, and suitable parking. In poor weather, appointments may be rescheduled.
